Poland is changing measures to alleviate the impacts of the energy crisis, which include a cap on home power rates and settlement for energies for the distinction to the controlled cost set by URE based upon market prices.

While the family power rate cap will increase, the expenses of the system are anticipated to fall considerably from 33 billion zlotys in 2023.

If we look at energy costs and other costs, there is reasonably space for a tariff below 600 zlotys per megawatt hour, Gawin told press reporters.

Gawin said the regulated power rate might fall further next year if market conditions permit.
